Privacy Policy

RoomCraft: AI Room Planner (“RoomCraft”, “the App”) is developed by Wikivec, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”). This privacy policy explains what data the App accesses, collects, and how it is handled.

Room Photos & AI Processing

When you use the redesign feature, your room photo is sent to our AI processing service via encrypted HTTPS/TLS connection. The photo is used solely to generate your redesign and is not stored on our servers after processing is complete. We do not use your photos for training AI models or for any purpose other than generating your requested redesign.

Data Stored on Your Device

RoomCraft stores all user data locally on your device. This includes:

  • Room projects (original photos, redesigned images, style selections)
  • Shopping wishlists and saved product links
  • Budget preferences and settings
  • App settings and preferences (theme, notification preferences, onboarding status)

This data is never transmitted to our servers. We do not operate any servers that store your personal data.

Product & Shopping Links

RoomCraft suggests real furniture products from third-party retailers (such as Amazon, IKEA, Wayfair, and others). When you tap a product link, you are directed to the retailer's website or app. We may earn affiliate commissions from purchases made through these links. The retailers' own privacy policies govern your interactions with their platforms.

Advertising

RoomCraft uses Google AdMob to display ads to free-tier users. Google AdMob may collect device identifiers, ad interaction data, and other information as described in Google's privacy policy. Premium subscribers do not see ads, and no ad-related data is collected for them. We do not collect or store any advertising data ourselves.

Analytics

We do not use any first-party analytics services. We do not track how you use the App. The only analytics data that may be collected is by Google AdMob as described above.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

  • AI processing service (room redesign generation)
  • Google AdMob (advertising for free-tier users)
  • Google Play Billing (subscription management for premium users)
  • Affiliate retailer APIs (product suggestions and pricing)

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their data practices.

Data Retention

All data is stored locally on your device for as long as the App is installed. Room photos sent for AI processing are discarded immediately after the redesign is generated. We do not retain any of your data on any server.

Data Deletion

You can delete all of your data at any time by:

  • Deleting individual projects from within the App's Gallery
  • Clearing the App's data through your device's Settings > Apps > RoomCraft > Storage > Clear Data
  • Uninstalling the App, which removes all locally stored data

Since we do not store any data on our servers, no further action is needed to delete your data.

Children's Privacy

RoomCraft is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
